Convert PDF: All You Need to Know

Once you save the file, copy in the file format that's displayed above (the one you copied from your Windows Explorer). The PDF icon will be a PDF, but it won't be opened. Then save it, paste into Word, Edit Document, Right-click, Open to the desired document. As you can see above in Word, the PDFs are now opened. Office also provides a PDF viewer tool right in the main menu. It's very handy, but I haven't tried it. Just select “View” for the PDF you want to view inside the Office application. Office is also an excellent word processor / spreadsheet application. It allows you to import and export to and from a variety of other formats. It has a built-in spell check and does a number of other features to make life easier. Once you have imported the file you'll have it open as expected. The main menu bar for Office is also.
